New pug housebreaking secrets reveal
everything you could possibly want
to know about pugs as well as tips
for training your pug puppy
Our house has been turned upside down by our bundle of fun, our new pug puppy arrival, we are crazy about her.Winnie is her name and she is nine weeks old.Potty training her is proving to be an interesting experience.
Generally a pugs temperament changes from day to day which is proving to be a constant worry all the time. You should see the look on her face when we both have to head out the door to go to work, she has such a long face on her
Our pug likes to be a bit of a diva and whimpers to beat the band when she sees my husband putting on his coat and hat and heading for the door. Our little treasure craves attention 24/7 and she knows that the pooch pad is the place to receive it, so if she wants our approval she waddles over to it as quickly as possible
We are doing everything we are suppose to do to help in this process. Some weeks she wont go near her dog pad which is very frustrating.Sometimes we take her out and she does nothing and waits until she comes back inside, but because we love her so much we just grin and bear it, we know we will sort it out at some stage, we know it isn't her fault but probably our training methods which are rubbish
We took her to the vet for a check up thinking maybe she had worms as pug dogs do get worms --negative on that.We haven't changed anything in her diet, she's not fed off the table, her reward for doing good is a treat piece of dog bone for puppies
She has even started to use the bathroom in her pet taxi again, I also read an article that these dogs do have problems yet we don't know why but she does her poops in her dog taxi. We usually take her out every hour sometimes less if she has consumed a lot of water.
At night we take her out just before bed time and bring her out first thing in the morning,A few weeks ago I left the door open so she could go to the toilet on her pug dog pad but that was a failure. She wasn't using the pad she was using everything else including my husbands sock -- he was not happy
We never raise our voice at our pet just simply take her out and tell her to go on the grass. How can we fix this mess up.Should we just choose between the pad and outside or will that frustrate her even more.We must have done something to make her start at the beginning again. We desperately need your help. What can we do to set her on the straight and narrow so that she is properly housetrained.
